Your privacy.

When you submit an enquiry, we use your business name, email address, selected enquiry type and any details you provide to respond and discuss your website needs.

Email enquiries

The form sends your details directly to FormSubmit, our email form service, which forwards the enquiry to WebFable’s inbox. The submission also includes the page URL and submission time. We do not store the form contents in your browser or in a WebFable database.

FormSubmit says it retains submissions in its archive for 30 days. Its privacy policy and documentation explain its processing and retention. Your enquiry may remain in WebFable’s email inbox and related correspondence so we can handle your request.

Optional WhatsApp conversation

After submitting, you can choose to continue in WhatsApp. Your business name, email, enquiry type and details are included in a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent in WhatsApp automatically: you review the message and press Send there. You can also open a direct WhatsApp chat without filling in the form. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply.

Cookies and analytics

The site code does not add analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. The hosting provider and form service may process ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to provide their services.
